Alumina Ceramic:
Alumina ceramics are classified into high-purity type and ordinary type.
The high-purity alumina ceramics have a Al2O3 content of 99.9% or more. Since the sintering
temperature is as high as 1650-1990 ° C and the transmission
wavelength is 1 to 6 μm, the molten glass is generally used to
replace the platinum crucible,it can be used as an integrated
circuit substrate and high-frequency insulation material in the
electronics industry.
Alumina ceramics is a versatile ceramic. Because of its superior performance, it has
been widely used in modern society, satisfying the needs of daily
use and special performance.All the above big-size ceramic sheets can be cut to specific
dimensions per customers' requirements.
99.6% Alumina Application:
A.LED packages, Substrate for chip resistors, HIC substrates for

B.Various processing is available (thin film metalization, thick
film metalization, glaze, etc.)
Our alumina substrate has well-balanced properties of insulation,
thermal conductivity and breaking strength. Moreover, one of the
unique properties is its surface roughness. We can provide the
ceramic substrate which is excellent in adhesion with a thin film
and thick film metalization due to fine particles.
Property for 99.5%&99.6% Al2O3 ceramic substrate:
A. Good smoothness / flatness with less porosity.
B. Excellent in adhesion with thin film and thick film materials.
C. Less variance in outline, plate thickness, slit pitch, etc.
D. Minimal warpage, bending, and undulation.
E. Physical and chemical properties are stable even under a hot
environment. Excellent in thermal shock resistance. High thermal
conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that
of silicon.
F. Superior mechanical strength. Products with higher mechanical

G. Excellent resistance against oil and chemical.
H. Excellent in insulation properties, high dielectric breakdown
voltage, high surface resistivity / volume resistivity, and small
dielectric constant.
